We selected Ann because she had experience in the niche area where our home sat. When Ann came to appraise our home, she was very positive and confident she would achieve a sale. We were very surprised when Ann valued our home higher than the previous agent who had our listing. Throughout the whole period we were dealing with Ann, she kept in contact regularly, was always positive, provided feedback and general updates on what was going on (in the background) and also provided emotional support when it looked as if the sale might fall over and I became unwell. Due to her contacts, Ann was also able to assist us find a removalist (who was available) at relatively short notice. The removalist turned out to be excellent and very professional and took great care of household effects. We cannot recommend Ann highly enough and would certainly use her services again – but we do hope this is our last move!
