We first met Ann at a property we wished to inspect, but on viewing did not suit our needs. Ann quickly assessed the type of property that may suit and arranged within half an hour, a viewing of one in another location that had only just come onto the market. This property "ticked the boxes". Within 2 wks a contract and then sale followed. Ann has been very professional in all aspects.

We found Ann highly efficient, knowledgable and an extremely nice person, genuine and easy to get along with. She has great negotiating skills and knows the market back to front.

I was told by a few people that Ann was "the best on the Sunshine Coast". I can tell you that the reviews are in and my friends were right. Ann worked very hard for me and it wasn't an easy sale for either of us. The market was tough and the buyers were tougher. But Ann found a way for both buyer and seller to be pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Ann because she kept me informed, had my best interests at heart and I could trust her to deliver. Which she did.

Over the years we have bought and sold a lot of realestate in four states in Australia, so we are very picky about the agents we choose. When we decided to sell our house we noticed a lot of signs go up for Zeb Realty and quite quickly the Sold sign was on them.
We rang and spoke to Ann and she came to our place the next day. She was very knowledgeable about our area and very easy to talk to, she listened to us about what we wanted and expected and then told us how she was going to go about selling our home.
Ann only brought people who were very interested in our type of property, in the end she sold our place for a price we were happy with. I recommend Ann, and would use her again in the future.

Ann and Stuart were extremely helpful with pre sales ideas for getting the property ready to sell. In addition to the listed open viewing times they were also very flexible about showing potential purchasers through the property as a number were restricted as to when they could view. We would recommend Ann as she was very good at following up with potential purchasers and negotiating and communicates well; keeping us up to date with what was happening.

After several negative experiences with agents on the Sunshine Coast. We found Ann to be very reliable, very professional, honest and very generous with her time. We also felt that she was very balanced and fair in her dealings with both us as the purchasers and with the vendor. Her description of the property was accurate and the photography etc was very true to what was actually there - absolutely no misrepresentation. We feel she went above and beyond her duties and would highly recommend her.

Dealing with Ann was an absolute pleasure. Communication was thorough and informative, nothing was too much trouble.
